Winners Announced for Celebration Cards 4 Kids!

It's another fun Saturday at Send a Smile 4 Kids because we get to make 5 lucky and talented participants in our Celebration Cards 4 Kids callenge very happy!  We have two lucky winners of our randomly chosen sponsor prizes and we are also announcing our Top Three.
